The Duck Trap Wherry is a poplar rowing/sailing craft in the States. So much information online to list here – please look them up on the web! This one was built as a retirement project from a CNC machine kit. They weigh around 100kg and are intended to be car toppable! She is in lovely condition and built to a professional standard,
Her owner built her with a balanced lug rig – which requires a better halyard, downhaul and mainsheet! She is really intended as a rowing boat as she is narrow with low freeboard! Would also be lovely with an electric outboard!

BUILDER
Built to a high standard from a Jordan Boats CNC kit between 2006 -2008.

SPECIFICATION
GRP construction in original dark green gelcoat with light cream decks. Oiled teak gunwales and trim. Black antifouling.

Balanced lug rig with varnished spruce masts and spars.

Main Tan made by Kemp sails with slab reefing.
